My standard fee is $125 for a 50-minute individual session and $140 for a couple’s session. I also offer a sliding scale.

Some benefit plans include reimbursement for psychotherapy services with a registered psychotherapist. Since coverage differs between plans, it is best to verify your benefits with your insurance provider. Receipts are provided for you to submit independently and you are reimbursed directly through your insurance provider.

Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) means that I am licensed to practice psychotherapy under clinical supervision. This includes, among other requirements, meeting regularly with a designated supervising psychotherapist to consult on my clinical work, ensure ethical practice, and maintain high standards of care. 

I offer in-person sessions in Woodstock, Ontario. Virtual/remote sessions are also available.
